Ingredients

  • Salt 1 tbsp.
  • Eggs 2
  • Chicken Mince 1/2 kg
  • Chopped Onions 1/2 cup - chopped)
  • Chopped Cilantro 1/4 cup - chopped)
  • Flour 1 cup
  • Corn Flour 1/2 cup
  • BBQ Sauce 4 tbsp.
  • Pepper 3 tbsp.
  • Oil For frying

Cooking Directions

  1. First of all take a medium bowl and mix together BBQ sauce, onions and mince.

  2. Now add one egg into mince mixture and mix well. You can add a tablespoon of flour if you find the mixture thin.

  3. Take another bowl and mix dry ingredients i.e. flour, corn flour with egg. Add a little bit of water to mix it well for a thick mixture. Add a little salt and pepper again.

  4. Put this mixture into fridge for at least 20 minutes.

  5. Now go back to the first bowl take about one tablespoon of mince and make balls.

  6. When you are done with the making of balls then one by one dip these in batter.

  7. Take a stove and add oil for frying in it. Heat the the oil for 5 minutes and then add the dipped balls in it. Fry for two to three minutes from both sides.

  8. Take out and serve with the sauce you like the most.
