Soak split lentil for 1 hour.
Grind the split lentil to fine paste, keep it aside.
Heat the clarified butter in a sauce pan & put the ground lentil paste, sauté it on low flame till it turns golden & leave the sides of the pan.
Put water and sugar in a pan, allow boiling on low flame.
Keep stirring the spoon till the sugar get dissolved into the water & become syrup.
Shift the lentils paste mixture into the sugar syrup & cook on low flame until the lentils & sugar syrup combined together.
Remove it from the flame, garnish with the mix dry fruit from top.
