  • Split lentil ½ cup
  • Sugar 1 cup
  • Clarified butter 1 cup
  • Mix dry fruits ¼ cup
  • Water ½ cup

Cooking Directions

  1. Soak split lentil for 1 hour.

  2. Grind the split lentil to fine paste, keep it aside.

  3. Heat the clarified butter in a sauce pan & put the ground lentil paste, sauté it on low flame till it turns golden & leave the sides of the pan.

  4. Put water and sugar in a pan, allow boiling on low flame.

  5. Keep stirring the spoon till the sugar get dissolved into the water & become syrup.

  6. Shift the lentils paste mixture into the sugar syrup & cook on low flame until the lentils & sugar syrup combined together.

  7. Remove it from the flame, garnish with the mix dry fruit from top.
