Heat the oil in a saucepan and fry the onions, garlic, capsicum and sprouts.
Add the carrots, peas and com to the onion mixture. Sauté for 5 minutes.
Add the vegetable stock and seasoning cubes and mix well.
Then add the tomatoes. Wash the rice and add to the above mixture.
Add the parsley, salt and pepper. Mix well.
Simmer over medium heat till the rice is cooked.
Remove from the heat, add the Worcestershire sauce and mix lightly.
