  • Papaya raw 1 kg
  • Sugar 1 cup
  • Ghee 1/2 cup
  • Yellow food Color as needed
  • Cloves 2-3
  • Cinnamon stick’s 2
  • Small Cardamoms 2-3
  • Resins 1 tbsp
  • Almonds 10
  • Rose Essence few drops

Cooking Directions

  1. Peel raw Papaya, remove the seeds, grate it.

  2. Take medium size cooking pot and heat it.

  3. Now add ghee, as the ghee melt add cloves, cinnamon, cardamoms and resins.

  4. Lets stir it and add sugar and water as needed, let the sugar dissolve.

  5. Now add the grated raw papaya into the syrup, add few drop of rose essence.

  6. Let it cook at low heat, cover the pot.

  7. Let it cook till the syrup gets combined properly with papaya.

  8. Serve it hot, Garnish with almond flakes.
