Ingredients

  • Rice ½ kg (boiled)
  • Bread crumbs 1 cup
  • Eggs 2
  • Garlic 1 tsp (chopped)
  • Mustard paste 1 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Red chili powder 2 tsp
  • Desiccated coconut 2 tbsp
  • Butter 2 tbsp
  • Oil 2 cups

Cooking Directions

  1. Heat 2 tbsp oil in pan, add chopped garlic and fry, also add salt, red chili powder, mustard paste, desiccated coconut and butter.

  2. Now add boiled rice to the mixture.

  3. Mix well and then mash rice.

  4. Let the mixture cool down then form heart shape.

  5. Coat in beaten eggs and bread crumbs, deep fry in hot oil.

  6. Golden hearts are ready to serve.
