Flatten the chicken breasts with a meat mallet.
Season it with salt and white pepper.
Mix the butter with cheddar cheese and mushrooms.
Divide the mixture in two and shape them into round balls.
Place 1 ball on 1 of the flattened chicken breast and roll it very firmly into a round ball shaped like a bomb.
Dredge in flour, then dip in the beaten eggs and dredge in bread crumbs.
Dip once again in the beaten eggs then in the bread crumbs.
Repeat this coating process at least 4 times, then chill in freezer for 30 minutes.
Do the same with the other chicken breast.
Deep fry them on medium flame for 15 minutes.
Serve hot with fries.
