Ingredients

  • Small Prawns(Peeled) 3/4 cup
  • Green Coriander Chutney 1/2 cup
  • Green Unripe Mango(Peeled) 1 small
  • Tomatoes 2 medium
  • Mustard Paste 1 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Sugar 4-5 tsp
  • Black Peppercorns(crushed) 7-8
  • Lemon Juice 1 tsp
  • Iceberg Lettuce(chilled) 4-5 leaves

Cooking Directions

  1. Halve the tomatoes, remove the seeds and cut into strips.

  2. Marinate prawns in green coriander chutney for about fifteen minutes.

  3. Heat a tawa and cook prawns till they are done.

  4. Mix together mango, tomato, mustard paste, salt, sugar, crushed peppercorns, lemon juice and one tablespoon of water.

  5. Add the cooked prawns and toss to mix.

  6. Serve on a bed of chilled, crisp lettuce.
