Boil rice with bay leaves, clove, cinnamon and salt.
Boil chick peas.
Chop onion and fry it until brown after ward crush it.
In a pan heat oil put onion, ginger garlic paste, green chilli, all spices and chick peas cook it.
Now add yogurt add little water in it and cook more 5 minutes.
In another pan put this masala, mint leaves, tomatoes, lemon juice and rice.
Repeat this method 2 times and on top sprinkle yellow colour.
Cover with lid and leave on slow flame for steam.
Serve hot with salad and raita.
