Poached Eggs In Tomato Sauce

Take oil in a pan and heat it.

Saute fry garlic, cumin and bay leaf.

Then add tomatoes, salt and red pepper.

Cook them all till the tomatoes softens or forms a curry.

Then add corriander and green chillies in it.

Also add eggs and cover the lid.

Cook the dish on low-medium heat.

Caution: Do not beat the eggs.

Serving Ideas: You can also use boiled eggs (sliced).

You can enjoy poached eggs in tomato sauce with a bread slice and spinach.
