Ingredients

  • For Cutlests:
  • Potato 6
  • Peas 1cup
  • Carrot 1
  • Mustard ½tsp
  • Red chili 1tbsp
  • Coriander ½cup
  • Onion 1
  • Bread Crumbs 1packet
  • Green Chilies 4
  • Black pepper 1tsp
  • Lemons 2
  • Green Onions Leafs ½ cup
  • Garlic ginger paste 1tsp
  • Mint ½ bunch
  • Corn Flour 1cup
  • Oil for frying
  • Salt to taste
  • For Chutni:
  • Curry Leafs ½ bunch
  • Coriander ½ bunch
  • Tamarind Paste ½ cup
  • Whole red chilies 10 to 12
  • Onion ½
  • Cumin 1tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Sugar 1tbsp
  • Cooking oil 3tbsp

Cooking Directions

  1. For cutlets:

  2. Mash potatoes in a bowl.

  3. Except corn flour and bread crumbs add all the other ingredients in it and mix and make kababs.

  4. Dissolve corn flour in water, first dip those kababs in corn flour and then in bread crumbs and then fry at low flame.

  5. You can also coat them with powdered corn flour.

  6. For chutni:

  7. Fry onion, whole red chilies, and curry leaf.

  8. Put the remaining ingredients in a grinder and add the fried ingredients as well in the grinder and grind.
