  • Amaranth Leaves 1 kg
  • Onion 2 (sliced)
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Red chilli whole 12
  • Crushed red chilli ½ tsp
  • Whole cumin seed 1 tsp
  • Turmeric ¼ tsp
  • Garlic paste 1 tsp
  • Raw mango 1 (sliced)
  • Oil ½ cup

Cooking Directions

  1. Heat oil in a pan.

  2. fry sliced onion till soft.

  3. Then add clean and washed amaranth leaves with salt, garlic paste,whole red chillies,crushed red chilli and cumin seeds.

  4. Cover and cook till soft.

  5. Add sliced raw mango, simmer for 10 minutes.

  6. Serve with Roti or Puri.

  7. Note: You can add potatoes.
