Combine whole milk, condensed milk, chocolate and salt in a saucepan.
Bring to a simmer over low heat, whisking constantly.
Reduce heat to low and cook, whisking after, until chocolate melts and mixture is smooth, 20-25 minutes.
Remove soup from heat. Mix vanilla essence and coffee powder together in a small bowl until dissolved; stir into the soup.
Toss strawberries, pineapple, kiwi and sugar together in a bowl and put all in soup.
Serve soup warm and top with a dollop of whipped cream, if desired.
You also can serve the soup with soup sticks and cheese toasted sandwich.
