Ingredients

  • Beef mince 1 cup
  • Tomatoes 6 (cut then finely and in some water oil them)
  • Onions 1 large (finely cut)
  • Garlic 2 cloves (finely cut)
  • Red chili pd 2 tbsp
  • Salt (acc to taste)
  • Brown sugar (gur) 1/2 tsp
  • Kidney beans (canned) 1 large
  • Tezpata 1
  • Cooking oil 2 tbsp

Cooking Directions

  1. In a dekchi heat cooking oil put onions, garlic and brown it a little bit, then add qeema and brown it nicely too.

  2. When the water get’s dried, then add all the masalas and the tomatoes with water, also adding beans.

  3. Cook it on a slow flame for 2 1/2 hours. The more you cook it, the tastier it will be.

  4. Before serving the dish, take out the tezpata.
