  • Potatoes boiled ½ kg
  • Egg white 1
  • Bread slices 2
  • Green chilies chopped 2
  • Mint leaves chopped ½ bunch
  • Red chili powder 1 tbsp
  • Seekh kebab spice 1 tbsp
  • Black pepper crushed ½ tsp
  • Rice flour 2 tbsp
  • Oil as required
  • Salt to taste

Cooking Directions

  1. Peel boiled potatoes and mash with a fork.

  2. Add in rice flour, chopped mint leaves, red chili powder, bread slices, salt to taste, crushed black pepper, chopped green chilies, seekh kebab spice and egg white.

  3. Mix well and make seekh kebabs of this mixture.

  4. BBQ, grill or cook on a hot greased grilling pan.

  5. Serve hot with paratha and chutney.
