In a large pan bring water to heat over a high flame. Add the bean sprouts and cook on medium flame for 2-3 min until they remain crisp. Then drain the bean sprout in a colander and run over with cold water.

Ingredients

  • Bean Sprouts 3 cups
  • Soy sauce ½ tsp
  • Rice vinegar 2 tsp
  • Sesame oil 1 tsp
  • Sugar 1 tsp
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Cayenne or red pepper ½ tsp
  • Roasted sesame seeds as required
  • Water 3 cups

Cooking Directions

  1. In a large pan put water to heat over a high flame.

  2. Add the bean sprouts and cook on medium flame for 2-3 min until they become crispy.

  3. Then drain the bean sprout in a colander and run over with cold water.

  4. In a large bowl mix the remaining ingredients and stir in with the bean sprouts.

  5. Toss well and sprinkle with some sesame seeds.
