Ingredients

  • For Filling
  • Puff pastry dough 300 gm
  • Mango 1 tin
  • Sugar 4-5 tbsp
  • Vanilla assence few drops
  • Semolina 5 tbsp
  • Egg white 1-2
  • For mango cream
  • Cream 250 gm
  • Mango puree 3-4 tbsp

Cooking Directions

  1. Take a mixing bowl put all filling ingredients and mix it well.

  2. filling is ready.

  3. Now take another mixing bowl,combine mango puree and cream, beat it well with whisk until well incorporated.

  4. Preheat the oven to 200°C.

  5. On a lightly floured surface roll dough into a 13-inch then circle cut it into half.

  6. Place it on baking tray now put semolina over it and then put carefully lay the mango slices.

  7. Whip egg white then brush the edges of the pastries.

  8. Now close edges of pastry like moon shape.

  9. Place in a preheated oven and bake for 25 minutes.

  10. Remove tart from oven then garnish with mango cream.

  11. Delicious Mango Tart with Mango Cream is ready to serve.
