Peel garlic , wash and dry well with a dry towel.
Squeeze the juice of the lemons and put in a quart-size jar.
Add salt and garlic cloves, shake well and keep aside for 4 days.
Meanwhile, prepare the remaining ingredients.
Heat 2 tbsp oil, and fry chilies, remove from oil, and powder finely.
Fry the fenugreek and grind to a powder.
On the fourth day add chili powder, fenugreek and remaining oil to the garlic.
Shake the bottle well and seal.
Ready for use after 4 more days.
