  • Chicken meat 250 gm (breast piece, boneless)
  • Mustard paste 1 tsp
  • Soya sauce 1 tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
  • Sesame oil few drops
  • Orange juice 1 cup
  • Corn flour 1 tsp
  • Oil 1 tbsp
  • Red chili flakes ½ tsp
  • Onion 1
  • Carrot ½
  • Spring onion 1
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Cooking Directions

  1. On a chopping board dice the chicken.

  2. Marinate the chicken with soya sauce, mustard paste, ginger garlic paste red chili flakes, few drops of sesame oil and leave it for 10 to 12 minutes.

  3. Dice the onions, carrots and chop the spring onion.

  4. Heat oil in a wok, on a high flame.

  5. Add the marinated chicken, stir it gently.

  6. Then add orange juice, when the mixture starts to boil add the corn flour, onion, carrots and spring onion.

  7. Stir it gently.

  8. Dish out, sprinkle chopped spring onions on top and serve with steamed rice.
