Take oil in a pan and add cardamom in it.
Cook it for a while.
Then add semolina in it and cook till it turns light brown.
Add sugar, eggs, milk and food color in blender and blend well.
Now add this egg mixture gradually in semolina and keep stirring.
Cook it till the mixture leaves the sides of pan.
Take it out and garnish with crushed almonds.
