Ingredients

  • Potato 1 pao (250g)
  • Cauliflower 1/2 kg
  • Onion (sliced) 2
  • Tomato 2
  • Green Chilli 5-6
  • Green Coriander 1/2 bunch
  • Chilli Flakes
  • Ginger 1 inch
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Cumin Seed 1 tsp
  • Turmeric 1/2 tsp

Cooking Directions

  1. Heat oil in a pan saute onion and cumin seed.

  2. Add ginger cut cauliflower in small flower and add.

  3. Cut potatoes in small pieces and put in pan cover with lid and let it cook.

  4. When vegetable tender add salt, chilli flakes, turmeric and tomatoes cook on low flame in its own water.

  5. Sprinkle coriander leaves and chopped chillies and serve.
