  • All purpose flour 2 ½ cups
  • Baking soda 1 tsp
  • Baking powder 1 tsp
  • Sugar 2 cups (powdered)
  • Oil/butter ½ cup
  • Yogurt 1 cup (room tamperture)
  • Hot milk ½ cup
  • Vanilla essence ¼ tsp
  • Chocolate Frosting
  • Oil/butter 1/4 cup
  • Coca 2/3 cup
  • Powdered sugar 1 1/2 cups
  • Milk/water 1/3 cup
  • Vanilla essence 1 tsp

Cooking Directions

  1. Preheat oven at 180 degree. Line the muffin pan with paper cups.

  2. Sift together all purpose flour, baking soda and baking powder.

  3. Beat together softened oil/butter, sugar, hot milk, yogurt & vanilla essence till light & fluffy.

  4. Fold in the sifted flour.

  5. Divide the batter evenly among the prepared muffin cups. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes.

  6. Cool at wire rack and decorate with chocolate frosting.

  7. For Chocolate Frosting: Heat butter/oil. Stir in cocoa.

  8. Add powdered sugar and milk/water, beat to form a spread able consistency.

  9. Add small amount additional milk/water, if needed.

  10. Add in vanilla. About 1 cups frosting will be ready.
