Ingredients

  • Minced meat 1 cup
  • Onion 1
  • Green chilli 1
  • All spice 1 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Ghee
  • For coating:
  • All purpose Flour 30 gm
  • Ghee 1/2 tsp
  • Salt a pinch

Cooking Directions

  1. Wash the mince. Leave it to drain.

  2. Chop the onion and green chilli.

  3. Heat 1 tbsp ghee and fry the onion till golden brown.

  4. Add the minced meat, salt and chillies and cook adding 1/2 cup water, till meat is tender and dry.

  5. Make a dough by mixing flour, salt, ghee and a little water.

  6. Make balls. Roll them out. Cut into halves.

  7. Make a cone of the pastry and put the stuffing in.

  8. Press the edges securely and deep fry in ghee till brown.
