  • Milk 5 cups
  • Sago dana 3 tbsp
  • Lauki grated 2 cup
  • Sugar 1/2 cup
  • Custard powder 1 tbsp
  • Rose essence 1/2 cup
  • Green colour few drops
  • Almond and pistachio as required

Cooking Directions

  1. Heat milk and add soaked sago dana cook for 10 minutes.

  2. Add grated lauki cook for 10 minutes till tender.

  3. Add sugar and dissolved custard powder.

  4. Cook till thick then remove from stove.

  5. Add food colour essence, sliced almond and pistachio and serve chilled.
