  • Methi 1 bunch
  • Ripe banana 1
  • Chilli and ginger paste 1 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil as needed

Cooking Directions

  1. Soak moong dal overnight. Grind it coarsely.

  2. Add washed and chopped methi, salt, mashed banana, green chillies and ginger.

  3. Mix well. Then add 2 tbsps. hot oil in this paste.

  4. Heat oil in a pan, fry small pakoras. When golden brown,

  5. remove and serve hot.
