Boil two cups of milk. Pour the curd and stir well, till it curdles.
Tie in a muslin cloth till all water is drained.
Simmer remaining milk till very thick and creamy. Add sugar.
Make small diamond shaped pieces of paneer and put into simmering milk.
Stir gently so that the paneer pieces do not break.
Flavor with cardamom powder.
