Chicken With Mango Sauce

Cut the chicken breast in thin slices

Then sprinkle salt on it.

Take a grill pan, brush it with oil and put the chicken slices on it.

Grill the pieces until their colour changes to golden brown, also they gets grill marks on them.

Transfer them in a plate.

For Sauce: In a pan take oil and slightly fry onions in it and then put garlic and slightly sauté.

Add cubed mangoes in it and cook for 10 minutes.

Put curry powder, red chilli, coconut milk, and cook.

When the water is dried then add green chillies, and again cool for some more time.

Put this sauce on the grilled chicken.

Garnish with cucumber and green chillies.

Chicken with mango sauce is ready to serve.
