Ingredients

  • Green beans ½ kg
  • Red chilli 1 ½ tbsp (crushed)
  • Garlic cloves 10
  • Mustard seeds 2
  • Turmeric powder 1 tbsp
  • Mustard oil ½ litre
  • Fenugreek seeds few
  • Green chilli 10
  • Nigella seeds 1 tsp
  • Salt as required

Cooking Directions

  1. Cut green beans in four pieces.

  2. Add red chilli, garlic, nigella seed, cumin, turmeric, green chilli, mustard seed and salt in green beans and mix well.

  3. Now put fenugreek seed in pre heated oil and add all mix ingredients and cook it for 10 minutes.

  4. After cooking, let it cool down and preserve in glass bottle.
