Green tea is very beneficial to health because it helps to clean the system of the body (detox). The properties of green tea help to reduce cholesterol and burn calories contributing in losing weight if taken with proper diet and exercise.

Ingredients

  • Green tea 1 tsp
  • Water 1 glass
  • Cinnamon bark 1/2 inch
  • Ginger Slice 1/2 inch
  • Lemon Slice 1

Cooking Directions

  1. Place water in a ceramic pot over low heat until bubbles form (do not boil water).

  2. Pour the steaming hot water over tea, cinnamon, ginger and lemon slice in a mug and steep for 2-3 minutes (using boiling hot water or steeping more than 5 minutes will make tea bitter).

  3. Note: Individual weight loss varies due to diet intake and amount of exercise. Although there are no known risks of taking green tea, please check with physician for any specific health concerns. Also, daily caffeine intake for expecting and nursing mothers should be limited as advised by doctors.

  6. Hi.. Cinnamon is "Daarcheeni" which's used in garam masala to be added Pakistani food. One of my friends took 3liters per day of this tea in warm form for 2 months with balanced diet and some workout (Walk or Excercise) and she lost 10 kgs. I was stunned..! :)Remember, that one single thing will never give u desired result soon. It doesn't mean that u get on starving over diet plans but u have to take proper diet with some workout.
