  • Eggs(lightly beaten) 8
  • Butter 100 gm
  • Onions(finely chopped) 4 medium size
  • Turmeric 1/2 tsp
  • Cumin Seed Powder 1/4 tsp
  • Green Chillies(finely chopped) 2
  • Salt to taste
  • Coriander Leaves(chopped) 1 tbsp
  • Tomato(sliced) 1

Cooking Directions

  1. Heat the butter in a pan, fry the onions till well browned (do not let the onions burn).

  2. Add the turmeric powder, cumin seed powder and the green chillies, fry for half a minute, and then add the eggs and the seasoning.

  3. Stir and cook till the eggs to thicken, and then add the coriander leaves.

  4. Serve hot with bread or chapattis and tomato slices on the side.
