Heat oil in the pan.
Cut the potatoes and fry until golden brown. Keep aside.
Roast cumin, mustard seeds, turmeric powder and whole red chili on low heat.
Then add in blender and blend well.
Now add ginger garlic, black cardamom, green cardamom, black pepper, clove, whole coriander, cinnamon and vinegar and make paste.
Add onions and fry until onion turns brown.
Then add beef meat and roast well.
Now add the above prepared paste and roast for a while.
Add little water and cook until meat becomes tender.
Then add fried potatoes and green chili, cover with lid and cook for few minutes.
When oil comes up, dish out.
Serve this beef and potato curry with naan or rice.
