Ingredients

  • Button mushrooms(400 garams) 40
  • Spring Onions(chopped) 10-12
  • Spring Onions green (sliced) 5
  • Gralic cloves(chopped) 12
  • Rice Flour 1 tbsp
  • Skimmed Milk Yogurt 1 cup
  • Cloves 3
  • Green Chillies(chopped) 3
  • Coriander powder 2 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Red Chilli Powder 1/2 tsp
  • Turmeric Powder 1/2 tsp

Cooking Directions

  1. Heat a non stick pan, add garlic & roast for a minute.

  2. Add mushrooms and continue cooking for 3-4 minutes on low heat.Add rice flour and mix.

  3. Add yogurt and cook till the mixture thickens.

  4. Add cloves, spring onions and green chillies and continue to cook on low heat for 2 minutes.

  5. Add coriander powder, salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder and half a cup of water.

  6. Cook for 2-3 minutes.Stir in spring onion greens.Serve hot.
