  • Chicken boneless 1 kg (small pieces)
  • Lemon juice 2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Mustard powder 1 tsp
  • Red pepper 1 tsp (chopped)
  • Garlic cloves 6 (peeled)
  • Olive oil 1 tsp
  • Margarine 2 tbsp
  • Parsley 1 bunch (finely cut)
  • Cooking oil 2 tbsp

Cooking Directions

  1. Apply lemon juice, salt, black pepper, mustard powder, garlic cloves and olive oil on chicken pieces and marinate for an hour.

  2. Then put chicken pieces into pan/wok, mix in cooking oil and cook on low flame till water dries.

  3. Then preheat the oven.

  4. Spread half the soft margarine in a baking dish and spread chicken over it.

  5. Now drizzle the rest of the margarine on top and bake for 15 minutes.

  6. Finally sprinkle parsley and garnish with lemon slices.

  7. Serve hot with rice or garlic bread.
