Ingredients

  • Peanut 1 cup
  • Oatmeal 1 cup
  • Brown Sugar 2 cup
  • Lemon juice 2 tbsp
  • Coconut Powder 2 tbsp
  • Vanilla essence 1 tsp

Cooking Directions

  1. In a pan cook brown sugar, lemon juice, and water on low flame.

  2. When it thickens add vanilla essence, oatmeal, coconut powder, and peanut. Mix well.

  3. Grease an oven proof tray and spread the mixture on it.

  4. When it gets cool, cut into small pieces.

  5. Peanut bars are ready to serve.
