  • Chocolate Slab 250 gm
  • Eggs 2
  • Cream Pack 300 ml
  • Gelatin Powder 14 gm
  • Coffee 1/2 tbsp
  • Sugar 150 gm

Cooking Directions

  1. First melt chocolate in steam boiler and beat very well and add egg-yolks now beat again and cook on stove for 1/2 an hour.

  2. Also add sugar and coffee in the mixture.

  3. Then remove the mixture from stove and dissolve gelatin in water and add to the mixture.

  4. Leave it for 30-40 minutes at room temperature when it is cold, put in mixer machine, add egg-whites and cream and mix very well.

  5. Take out from machine.

  6. Pour in a mould and pur in freezer for 1-2 hours.

  7. Ready to serve.
