  • Whole black pepper 1 tbsp

  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Black salt 2 tsp
  • Raw mango powder (amchur) 4 tbsp
  • Dried ginger powder (saunt) 2 tsp

  1. Cook white cumin, whole black pepper and whole red chilies separately in a pan for 1 minute.
