Coconut Glazed Donuts

For icing:Add icing sugar, butter, vanilla essance in a pan.

Melt over a very low flame, add a little water if necessary to make a smooth paste.

Once melted take off flame immedietly.

In a bowl add flour, egg, dried milk, caster sugar, salt , yeast and butter.

Add luke warm water, knead well and make a soft dough.

Cover the dough in a bowl andlet it rise till double in size.

Take out and out air, knead softly for a few minutes.

Make little balls out of the dough and flatten each ball a little.

Dip the donuts in icing mixture, and then dip that very same side into coconut.
