In a bowl, mix together ginger and garlic paste, turmeric, red chili powder, crushed red chili, all spice, coriander powder, onion paste, papaya paste, black pepper, salt to taste and mustard oil.
Now add the beef strips in marinade and leave it for rest for 12 hours.
Grill the marinated beef strips on a charcoal grill.
Serve hot with mint chutney, onion ringlet and tawa paratha.
For Tawa Paratha: Mix flour, pinch of salt, egg, and clarified butter in a bowl.
Add required water and knead to form a soft dough.
Cover and leave it to rest for 1 hour.
Make small balls of the dough and leave them on a try for 15 minutes.
Take a rolling pin, roll out the dough ball on a floured surface.
Place the rolled out dough on a hot griddle.
Let it cook for 45 seconds, turn and spread a little clarified butter on that one side.
Turn, reduce heat to medium and spread clarified butter on the other side too.
Take the paratha off the griddle when golden on both sides.
