  • Potatoes ½ kg
  • Onion seeds (kalonji) ½ tsp
  • Red chilies 1 tsp (crushed)
  • Salt ½ tsp
  • Corn flour 1 tbsp
  • Yellow food color 1 pinch
  • Vinegar 4 tbsp

Cooking Directions

  1. Peel the potatoes and cut them round.

  2. Now boil with onion seed, crush chilies, salt and 2 glass of water, then cook on low flame.

  3. When the potatoes are cooked, slightly mash them with a spoon.

  4. Mix the corn flour with little water and add to the potatoes, also add vinegar and yellow food color and simmer for 2 – 3 minutes.

  5. Aloo Ki Tarkari is ready to serve.
