Heat the oil in a frying pan. Put in the onions and fry till golden brown.
Add the whole green chillies, salt, turmeric powder and the red chilli powder.
Add the ginger, garlic paste and fry for two minutes.
Add the chopped green chillies, coriander, mint and the well-beaten egg and stir briskly, till the eggs are well done.

You can use boiled Egg also. try onece take boiled egg & shreed it.
