Ingredients

  • Onion 1
  • Potato 3 boiled
  • Green shallots 3
  • French mustard 1 tbsp
  • Fresh cream 1/2 cup
  • Mayonnaise cream 4 tbsp
  • Black pepper as required
  • Salt to taste

Cooking Directions

  1. Thinly slice onion, potatoes and green shallots.

  2. Then pour french mustard, fresh cream, black pepper, salt and mayonnaise on it and mix well.

  3. To serve, garnish potato salad with a few coriander leaves and two fine slices of onion.

  4. Chef's Tip: Adding a few boiled peas along with tomato will increase the taste and garnishing of Potato Salad.
