  • Chicken drum sticks 2
  • Chicken breast 2
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper 2 tsp (chopped)
  • Mustard paste 1 tbsp
  • Oil as required
  • For Sauce:
  • Onion 1 tsp (chopped)
  • Chicken stock ¾ cup
  • Black pepper 2 tsp (chopped)
  • Green pepper corn 1 tsp
  • Heavy cream 4 tbsp
  • Salt to taste

Cooking Directions

  1. Marinate chicken breast, chicken drum sticks with salt, black pepper and mustard paste.

  2. Now preheat 12 inch heavy bottom pan on medium flame.

  3. Brush chicken steak sides with oil and cook till golden brown color and take out.

  4. Then add more oil in same pan, add and saute chopped onion.

  5. Then combine chicken stock and cook until mixture becomes half.

  6. Now do medium flame and add black pepper, green pepper corn and heavy cream.

  7. Now cook it on high flame and stir continuously.

  8. When sauce becomes thicken then add salt and mix well. Do the stove off.

  9. Keep steaks in serving plate, put sauce over steaks and serve hot.
