Ingredients

  • Beef 500gm
  • Papaya 4 tbs
  • Ginger garlic paste 2 tbs
  • Green chilies 8-10
  • Whole red chilies 6
  • Whole black pepper 1 tbsp
  • Green cardamom 2
  • Black cardamom 2
  • Khashkash 2 tbsp
  • Salt 1 tbsp
  • Red chili powder tbsp
  • Yogurt 2cup
  • Brown onion 4 tbsp
  • Oil 4 tbsp
  • For garnish:
  • Mint
  • coriander leaves
  • green chilies
  • ginger

Cooking Directions

  1. Take a pan roast khashkash,whole red chilies, whole black pepper, green and black cardamom and cinnamon sticks.

  2. Marinate beef with salt, red chili powder, ginger garlic paste, green chilies paste and roasted spices along with yogurt.

  3. Heat oil add marinated beef, cook till beef tender.

  4. In the end add brown onion.

  5. Garnish with mint, coriander, ginger and green chilies.
