Take a pan roast khashkash,whole red chilies, whole black pepper, green and black cardamom and cinnamon sticks.
Marinate beef with salt, red chili powder, ginger garlic paste, green chilies paste and roasted spices along with yogurt.
Heat oil add marinated beef, cook till beef tender.
In the end add brown onion.
