Lady finger is most commonly eaten vegetable, even those people who dont say themselve as vegetarian, they also like to eat fried lady finger. Wash before cutting and dry, it will prevent lady finger to get sticky.

  • Lady fingers 250 gm (medium sized)
  • Mango powder 1 tsp (dried)
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Cumin powder 1 tsp
  • Red chili powder 1 tsp
  • Turmeric ½ tsp
  • Lemon juice 1 tbsp
  • Salt as required
  • Corn flour ¼ cup
  • Oil for frying

Cooking Directions

  1. Wash lady fingers. Place the cuts on them and remove all the seeds.

  2. In a bowl take dried mango powder, ginger garlic paste, cumin powder, red chili powder, turmeric, lemon juice, salt and 1 tbsp oil and mix well.

  3. When the spices gets ready fill it in the lady fingers.

  4. In a plastic bag fill corn flour and add lady fingers. Shake it well.

  5. Then fry the coated lady fingers.

  6. Delicious Masala Bhari Fried Bhindi is ready to serve.
