  • Dry mango powder (amchur) 25 gm/5 tsp
  • Black pepper powder 2.5 gm/ 1/2 tsp
  • Black salt, powdered 2.5 gm/ 1/2 tsp
  • Garam masala 2.5 gm/ 1/2 tsp
  • Ginger powder 2.5 gm/ 1/2 tsp
  • Raisins 10 gm/2 tsp
  • Red chilli powder 2.5 gm/ 1/2 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Sugar 75 gm/5 tbs

Cooking Directions

  1. Clean and wash the raisins. Keep aside.

  2. Mix all the remaining ingredients with 100 ml water in a saucepan and cook gently for 15 minutes.

  3. Ensure that no lumps remain and the sugar has dissolved. Add raisins.

  4. Remove and cool. Serve at room temperature.
