Uhhh, I'd keep it simple and just use 2 ripe frozen bananas, 3 TBSP chocolate syrup, and 2 cups milk. I make it ALL the time. The bananas add thickness, but when frozen its a wonderful treat, and the ice when it melts just waters it down. If you like strawberries, then omitt the chocolate and use 3-4 large ripe strawberries, frozen of course. Check strawberries for any white patches. You may also add 1-2 tsp of sugar to taste for sweetness. I prefer just the milk and fruit. More healthy, less hassle.
