Heat oil in a pan.
Add onion, just saute, then add chicken and stir until it turns a little brown.
Add tomato puree, chilli sauce, soya sauce, crushed red chillies, salt ginger and French mustard and stir continuously till it becomes a little dry, remove from pan.
For salsa, mix all the vegetabgles in vinegar.
Add salt and pepper, let it remain for several hours.
Befor Serving add these vegetables in chicken and stir only for 2 minutes then serve.
