Ingredients

  • Chicken 1 kg (whole give cuts)
  • Almonds 10
  • Poppy seeds 1 tbsp
  • Sesame seeds 1 tsp
  • Coriander seeds 1 tbsp
  • Yogurt 1 cup
  • Allspice 1 tsp heaped
  • Chili powder 1 ½ tsp
  • Cumin 2 tsp (roasted and crushed)
  • Salt 1 ½ tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Oil ½ cup
  • Fries to serve

Cooking Directions

  1. Blanched and grind almonds with poppy seeds, sesame seeds and coriander seeds.

  2. Mix in beaten yogurt with all the seasonings.

  3. Marinate chicken in this for 2 hours.

  4. Heat oil in a lagan, cook on slow fire till chicken tender and thick masala left.

  5. Serve with fries.
