First place cuts on chicken and wash it.
In a chopper add whole red chili, garlic cloves, whole black pepper and white cumin to make powder.
Now in chicken, add yogurt, ginger, grinded spice, Chargha masala, lemon juice and salt.
Put chicken in pan and cook till water dries.
Add oil and turn chicken up side down to roast from all side.
Simmer it on low flame for 5 minutes.
Masala Chicken roast is ready.
