This is a nice and simple way to prepare flavorful fish kebabs that are loaded with flavor. Serve these by themselves or over rice.

Ingredients

  • Fish fillet 300 g
  • Onion 1
  • Coriander leaves bunch 1/4
  • Green Chillies 5
  • Eggs 2
  • Refined flour as required
  • Red Chilli powder 2 tbsp
  • Turmeric powder 1 tsp
  • Chaat Masala 1 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil for frying

Cooking Directions

  1. Blend all ingredients together except eggs, oil and four.

  2. Shape into kebabs and place in dish.

  3. Whisk eggs and take out flour in a plate.

  4. Heat oil in a frying pan.

  5. Coat kebab first with egg mixture, then with flour.

  6. Fry till golden, and remove and place onto absorbent paper.

  7. Serve delicious kebabs with chutney and ketchup.
