Ingredients

  • Chicken breast (thinly sliced) 1
  • Green chillies whole 4
  • Boiled rice (deep fried till crisp) 1 cup
  • Chicken stock 6 cups
  • Lemon juice 1/4 cup
  • Corn flour 1 tsp
  • Ginger juliennes (heaped) 1 tbsp
  • Coriander leaves (chopped) 1 tbsp
  • Tabasco 1 tbsp
  • Sugar 1 tbsp
  • White pepper 1 tsp
  • Oil 2 tbsp
  • Salt 1-1/2 tsp

Cooking Directions

  1. Marinate thinly sliced chicken breast with 1 tsp salt and 1/2 tsp white pepper.

  2. Separately fry boiled ice in oil till crisp.

  3. Now heat oil in pan, fry sliced ginger for a minute.

  4. Add in stock and cook till it starts boiling.

  5. Add in marinated chicken breast with 1/2 tsp salt, whole green chillies, 1/2 tsp white pepper, sugar, lemon juice, tabasco and cook for 10 minutes.

  6. Just before serving add in fried rice and coriander leaves.
